B&M specializes in renewable energy projects. Our main objective is to accelerate the volume of renewable projects throughout Japan. Brawn Capital ("Brawn") is a development and asset management company specializing in renewable energy and energy transition. Brawn has a track record of operating more than 340 MW of renewable energy projects in Asia. Furthermore, Brawn has a focus on regional and remote assets, the small (<2MW) size scale strategy contributes also to the rural economy by creating employment.

SOLUTIONS, LTD
JA Mitsui Energy Solutions, LTD ("JMES") is a general leasing company combining the core business foundation of the JA Group and Mitsui Group, with a production, distribution, and sales network, a financial network, and a global business network. JMES has 2.3GW of substantial financing track records in diverse renewable assets including solar, biomass, hydro, and geothermal plants across Japan with equity and debt.
MITSUI & CO. ALTERNATIVE
INVESTMENTS
Mitsui & Co. Alternative Investments ("MAI") is a strategic financial subsidiary of Mitsui & Co. which specializes in alternative investments. MAI has launched and is currently managing several funds that invest in renewable energy projects. Also, MAI participated in one of the largest solar energy funds in Japan structured by GE Energy Financial Services as a placement agent, and undertook multiple financial advisory services related to solar project.
